2 favourite stalls of mine is in this FORK and SPOON food court (above courts TOA PAYOH). This is similar to BANQUET foodcourt where all the food stalls are HALAL-certified.

They are the BAN MIAN and the bbq chicken (indonesian stall)

chicken BAN MIAN $3 -large serving(love the soup and the crispy anchovies!)

And not forgetting the soft yellowish egg yolk in the noodle

And lots of mince chicken meat

cili padi is a MUST!

p.s:another fascinating thing I saw in the menu is fried fish head noodle (I think)

INDONESIAN bbq stall

This bbq chicken rice has 3 satay sticks added to the set cost only $5.50 plus soup and sambal belachan. YUMMY!
