But I have to share my experience to everyone to know about the foreign service staff who came from Malaysia and China, unfortunately had spoilt the brand image of Ananas Cafe. Pasir Ris MRT is a great location for good food for sure, these unethical service staff with bad attitude and rudeness do not deserve to be employed by Ananas to spoil their brand image.

I have witnessed an unfortunate scene tonight at Pasir Ris Ananas. The Malaysian Ananas staff (a man), scolded and shouted at 3 customers who were having dinner in front of the cashier. They are a small girl, an old grandma as well as a lady(think is the girl’s mother). I overheard the Malaysian Ananas staff shouted and scolded the old grandma loudly from the cashier over the issue of taking chilli sauce. It’s so ridiculous to hear and see how they shouted at the 3 ladies.

Another ugly scene happened at the same time when I saw another China Ananas staff scolded an old aunty who is the dish collector for Ananas Cafe. I overheard the China Ananas staff scolded the dish collector aunty very fiercely, for telling the 3 ladies that the boss is not around. Old aunty’s reply meant to answer the lady customer’s question on insisting to have the boss’s contact. The dishwasher aunty was scolded by the same China Ananas staff again after the end of the Malaysian Ananas staff’s quarrel with the 3 ladies.

This is totally unbearable to have watch these 2 scenes as the question runs into my mind,”Did Ananas Cafe train all these foreign workers the basic service level of a service staff?”
